Job Description & Responsibilities
Translation of confidential examination questions in Hindi/English.
Development of objective type and descriptive tests to assess Hindi language proficiency for various posts.
Must be proficient in operating computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Additional roles/KRAs may be assigned by the Institute from time to time.
Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates must execute a Service Bond of ₹2 Lakhs.
Must serve IBPS for a minimum of 3 years from the date of joining.
If the candidate leaves before 3 years, they must pay ₹2 Lakhs to IBPS.
The bond period may be extended by the number of Loss of Pay (LOP) days.
