Salary & Benefits
During Training (IMA/INA/AFA/OTA):
Stipend: ₹56,100/- per month
After Commission (Lieutenant / Flying Officer / Sub Lieutenant):
Pay Level 10: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month
Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500/month fixed
Plus DA, Dress Allowance (₹20,000/year), Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance .
